About the Little Dominican:
The little Dominican grew up amidst the bright lights of Times Square and McDonald's malls. After gaining the Freshman 15--TWICE!--the little Dominican began a love affair with all things Fitness & Nutrition. When not on the track or hauling butt in kickboxing she enjoys PA'ing on Film sets, writing new adventures, and working at a specialty running store.
